Jackie
Dozier is an African American woman and single parent of two adult
daughters. One is married with two children and the other is
attending Norfolk State University in Virginia. Jackie has many ties
with African American communities in Rochester. She has also worked
as Administrative Assistant to former county legislator, the
late Willie Lightfoot, at the South West Community Center and is a
member of the following community and health-based
