Luis Lespier is currently employed full-time as a Health Educator/Outreach Worker with Ibero-American Action Le located in Rochester, New York. Mr. has been a strong voice for the HIV/AIDS and substance abuse resource needs Latino communities locally, state-wide, and nationally.
