J. Roberto Burgos is currently employed as a Sr. Community Program Planner with the Bureau of Neighborhood Initiatives- Community Development for the City of Rochester, New York. Mr. Burgos past employment included Chief Staff Person for the Monroe County office of the New York State Democratic Legislature. Mr. Burgos is one the original founders of the Puerto Rican Youth Development Center, and has been a staunch advocate for needs of Communities of Color.
